In addition to a broad range of solid waste services, Sandy has extensive experience advising municipal clients in procurement of design-build infrastructure, contract operations, comprehensive facility retrofits, and implementation of enterprise asset management programs.
“Municipal solid waste managers must balance a wide range of needs and interests whether it is implementing new technologies, securing public acceptance, or planning for long-term community needs,” says Sandy.
