Suzanne has over 30 years of experience managing envi­ron­men­tal, federal and state regulatory permitting compliance. She has developed several envi­ron­men­tal documents within the frameworks of the National Envi­ron­men­tal Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Envi­ron­men­tal Quality Act (CEQA). Suzanne is an Institute for Sustainable Infra­struc­ture (ISI) Envision Sustain­abil­ity Profes­sional (ENV SP) and weaves her passion for sustain­abil­ity in every project she contributes to. 

“I love working with design teams to obtain permits and guide them through the process,” she says. “I also enjoy conducting Envision Sustain­abil­ity Rating System assessments for projects and collab­o­rat­ing with project teams throughout planning, design and construc­tion to guarantee the chosen sustain­abil­ity components are implemented.”
