Justin Feek
Justin has extensive public and private sector transportation planning experience at state, county, and city levels of government in multiple states. His experience working directly with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), councils of governments (COG)s and metropolitan planning organization (MPO) processes has provided him a diverse understanding of procurement, transportation planning, project scoping, stakeholder outreach, transportation system data analysis, and public outreach practices.

Justin’s vast experience has provided him with a broad and well-rounded understanding of multimodal transportation improvements, including freeway development, arterial planning, transit, bicycle, and pedestrian considerations. He has developed and managed high-value transportation improvement programs, often facing political challenges. This experience has strengthened his ability to anticipate potential issues, plan effectively, and address obstacles in program development and delivery.
