Georg Breitsprecher is a graduate civil engineer and works for CDM Smith in Berlin as a branch manager, business development manager and project manager. With many years of professional experience, he is an expert in earthworks and foundation engineering. As an expert, planner or construction supervisor, he was involved, for example, in the planning of the motorway A 20 in Schleswig-Holstein, the relocation of the B4/75 trunk road in Hamburg, the construction of the Berlin cable diagonal and the U5 underground line in Berlin. He is currently project manager for construction site management in section A2 of the SuedOstLink grid expansion project.

What is your favorite part of your job? The consultations with our customers.

Which project do you particularly remember well and why? The U5 underground line construction project in Berlin, where my expert advice in meetings with numerous stakeholders at up to board level was especially in demand.
