Wilhelm Seitz
Wilhelm Seitz holds a degree in architecture and works for CDM Smith as Senior BIM Coordinator. His software expertise includes Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Building Smart BIM Foundation. One of the most impressive projects Wilhelm Seitz has worked on is the Konrad Mineshaft in Salzgitter (Lower Saxony, Germany) which has been the first final storage for low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste to be approved under nuclear law. As part of this project, he was responsible for digital planning.
With nearly two decades of professional experience, Wilhelm Seitz has established vast and diverse expertise in various fields, e. g. in the realisation and implementation of BIM methods. His core areas of expertise include: BIM coordination, BIM implementation in projects, BIM planning control, BIM standardisation as well as the digitalisation of construction sites. He also has many years of experience in building construction.
