Ralf Röser
Ralf Röser studied geology because he was interested in natural sciences. He now heads the environment and energy as well as field and laboratory business divisions at CDM Smith and is a member of the management board. As an expert in redevelopment, his activities are focused on consultancy, planning, project management and project management. He is interested in resolving complex problems strategically and analytically—a skill which he displayed, for example, in the revitalisation of the former industrial harbor in Offenbach, Germany. Amongst other things, he developed a strategy for the post-industrial era of the site that allowed for necessary remediation measures while maximising freedom for investors. In addition, he is responsible for specific technical services supporting the development of the site.
