Kristen is an experienced leader and manager and has a track record of successfully growing businesses through her people-focused leadership, commercial acumen, and strategic focus. She is an expert and has a strong track record of delivering results in challenging and geographically dispersed environments. Her experience covers all aspects of international development including project management, design and evaluation, business development, and provision of technical assistance in areas including institutional strengthening, capacity building and gender. Before joining CDM Smith Kristen had her own consultancy providing international development services to public and private sector clients, and prior to that, she managed one of Australia’s largest development assistance businesses, which included over $1 billion in contracts and 1500 people spread throughout more than 25 countries.
