The Leadership Academy contains development tracks for every member of the firm, from junior employee to seasoned director, including the nomination-only Inspire and Elevate tracks for senior and mid-level people leaders, respectively. This first Inspire cohort was introduced in September of 2021, just five months into the global COVID-19 pandemic. Created to equip senior leaders to communicate the firm’s vision, the twelve-month program guided participants through mentoring, business webinars and group projects. The program was focused on three areas of leadership: leading themselves and others, leading the organization and leading for the future.
“At CDM Smith, we have a unique culture of leadership coupled with our zest for continuous learning,” said Tim Wall, President and CEO. “It’s something I am deeply proud of and honored to champion. I am excited for the members of this class to help drive the firm’s vision forward and lead the next generation of the best and the brightest in the industry.”
As this first cohort completes, the second Inspire cohort has also been announced. This second class will complete the same program as their predecessors, concluding in September 2022.
