With a proven track record of tactfully managing large teams and budgets, Mike has almost four decades of diverse experience in the design, planning, construc­tion, and commis­sion­ing of utility and commercial systems. From the conceptual stage through imple­men­ta­tion, he carefully monitors budgets while addressing critical path items to maintain schedules.

He oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance staff, mechanical equipment reha­bil­i­ta­tion, renewing plant generation assets, developing scopes for programs, and managing infra­struc­ture system upgrades with no sweat. 

He has also proudly worked on NYPA's modern­iza­tion and life extension of their hydro-electric power plants across Niagara Falls, St. Lawrence, and Blenheim Gilboa. By defining the scope, design, and project management of renewing the NYS’s 50-year-old assets, Mike success­fully contributed to the next generation’s “green energy.”
