Stefan Schuster, PE, PMP is a senior project manager with over 25 years of experience based in Truckee, CA. He has extensive management and technical experience in water resources, trans­porta­tion and green stormwater infra­struc­ture, and applies this expertise to improve the quality and sustain­abil­ity of our natural and built environment. Currently, Stefan is managing several of the firm’s complete corridor projects, working closely with city leaders to develop long-term solutions to their many civil infra­struc­ture and envi­ron­men­tal challenges.

Lisa Sherman, PE, PTOE, PMP, is senior trans­porta­tion project manager and has more than 26 years of experience in serving our New England trans­porta­tion clients. She currently serves as the firm’s national Traffic Engineering and Safety Discipline Leader, where she works with our planning and design teams to integrate best practices and a complete corridors mindset into how we develop solutions and deliver projects. Her holistic knowledge of infra­struc­ture design and a strong technical background in traffic operations and multimodal design has translated into many “complete corridors” for communities in Mass­a­chu­setts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. 

Jeff Mize, Jr, PE, is a vice president and senior manager for CDM Smith’s South trans­porta­tion business. Residing in Knoxville, he offers 27 years of client service and project delivery experience. He has been with CDM Smith for 24 years partnering with clients such as the Tennessee Department of Trans­porta­tion (TDOT), the cities of Knoxville, Sevierville, Maryville, as well as several other munic­i­pal­i­ties. Jeff’s technical expertise spans right-of-way, conceptual, and final design, leading or assisting with multi-million large urban freeways to rural highways and private devel­op­ments.
