Transportation Area Sales Leader Caroline Brabrook Joins CDM Smith

SEATTLE—CDM Smith is pleased to welcome Caroline Brabrook, PE, ENV SP, as the firm’s new trans­porta­tion services west group Area Sales Leader. Based in Seattle, Caroline is responsible for leading and growing the firm’s trans­porta­tion business in the Western Region. With an illustrious background in business development and leading multi­dis­ci­pli­nary design teams, Brabrook has demon­strated her ability to build thriving practices based on strong industry rela­tion­ships and exceptional client service. She is passionate about providing efficient and safe trans­porta­tion solutions and helping clients implement their most critical projects.

Brabrook has garnered over two decades of experience leading the sales, delivery, and contract execution of multi­mil­lion projects such as the I-15 Express Lanes Tolling Imple­men­ta­tion Project in Salt Lake City, Utah; the Tukwila Urban Access Improvement Project in Tukwila, Wash.; and the I-405 Design Build/ETL/R2B and Managed Lanes Study projects for the Washington Department of Trans­porta­tion (WSDOT). She has developed strong industry rela­tion­ships and served some of the nation’s most innovative trans­porta­tion clients. In addition, she brings strength in trans­porta­tion engineering, as well as project and contract management, design-build and alternative delivery, financing and funding, grant writing, traffic engineering services, ITS and public and stakeholder engagement.
