Tommy Evans

Tommy Evans is a geotechnical engineer with 15 years of experience specializing in transportation, dam safety, and design. He has worked closely with the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia Departments of Transportation, focusing on preparing engineering reports, developing field exploration plans, and client coordination. Tommy also plays a key role in dam safety projects in collaboration with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC).

Tommy is skilled in using advanced software such as Lpile, Shaft, Apile, and FB-Multipier, and regularly works with tools like ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and OpenRoads. His technical expertise and leadership have been pivotal in complex projects, including the Navy Base Intermodal Facility in Charleston, SC, a multi-faceted project incorporating pavement design, deep foundations, and seismic considerations.
