“Making the world a better place and cleaning the environment inspires me to go out every day to make a difference for my community and my family,” says Bill Glynn, senior chemical engineer. “Working with our clients to provide innovative and cost-saving solutions to their issues while maintaining a solid relationship with regulatory agencies has been very rewarding.”

Over Bill’s four-decade career, he has been responsible for developing design, construction, and operation of remedial treatment systems, fuel management systems, industrial waste treatment systems, and hazardous waste remedial actions for industrial and private clients. 

He has developed cost-effective and innovative solutions for site cleanup, improved waste treatment and environmental impact reductions that continue to exceed client expectations, including the management of programs at a variety of Superfund sites. Bill is also responsible for developing world-class environmental health and safety management systems (ISO 14001 & OSHA’s VPP) within manufacturing, military and public works operations. 

“I am most proud of the projects where we work with our clients to improve their management of environmental issues, engaging them to coordinate within their own organization to identify, prioritize, and tackle these issues as part of their normal processes, and establishing a long-term solution to improving their environmental performance,” Bill says. “The old adage where one teaches them to grow their own food rather than relying on someone else to provide their food has been one of my mantras.
