Helping FEMA with Natural Disaster Recovery
![](/-/media/careers-files/ccprs-logo.jpg)
Floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and wildfires. Natural disasters threaten the U.S. every year and while they can't always be predicted or prevented, we can help communities to recover more efficiently, quickly and resiliently. Under the national Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (PA TAC IV), CCPRS provides engineering and architectural support services to state and local municipalities following nationally declared disasters. These services include assessments of permanent restoration of damaged infrastructure, emergency protective measures and debris removal. Under the five-year contract, CDM Smith employees must maintain a constant state of readiness, often facing deployment within 48 hours of the government’s notification. We continue to badge employees and recruit qualified candidates to fill these critical roles.
