General Services Administration (GSA)

GSA Environmental Services - CDM Smith provides environmental advisory services under three Special Item Numbers (SINs):

  • SIN 899-1 Environmental Planning Services & Documentation
  • SIN 899-2 Environmental Compliance Services
  • SIN 899-4 Waste Management Services

GSA Information Technology - CDM Smith offers information systems services to the government under a Federal Supply Schedule for SIN 132-51. CDM Smith's offerings include database management, application development, geographic information systems, data visualization systems, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and web development.

GSA MOBIS - CDM Smith provides services under two MOBIS SINs:

  • SIN 874-1 Consulting Services
  • SIN 874-7 Program Integration and Project Management Services

GSA Remediation Services - CDM Smith holds a contract to perform remediation services under SIN 899-8.

U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)

Global Architecture and Engineering (A-E) IQC (2008-2013), Contract No.: EDH-I-00-08-00023-00 - CDM Smith is one of five prime contractors for the Global A-E IQC—a 5-year, $500 million (ceiling) contract mechanism within USAID for providing cost-effective access to infrastructure-related technical expertise. The contract can be accessed by any USAID Mission or Bureau for a broad range of architect and engineering services including disaster and post-disaster/conflict response. CDM Smith leads a team of world-class firms that will assist USAID field missions and bureaus by providing engineering, design, tendering and construction supervision for broad range of A-E services. Services include water resources, environmental engineering, transportation, industrial and chemical engineering, civil and structural engineering, power, and telecommunications.

CDM Smith is currently implementing task orders under this contract, and has been an implementing partner on each previous phase of the IQC, undertaking work in places such as Afghanistan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Egypt, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Montenegro and the West Bank and Gaza. Under the current Global A-E IQC, CDM Smith is performing work in Jordan and Vietnam.

Integrated Water and Coastal Resources Management IQC – Water IQC (2004-2012) - Covers integrated water resources/coastal management, environment, economic growth and energy, and other sectors. CDM Smith is a consortium member.

Support Which Implements Fast Transitions IQC – SWIFT III (2008-2013) Supports democratic transitions by engaging and supporting independent media, returning refugees and internally displaced persons, re-integrating ex-combatants and families, and rebuilding communities in countries affected by conflict and political transition. CDM Smith is a consortium member.
