Established environmental consultancy extends CDM Smith’s services in Australia

CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts—CDM Smith, the global consulting, engineering, construction and operations firm, has acquired E3 Consulting Australia Pty Ltd, an established environmental science and engineering consultancy with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. E3 specializes in environmental assessments, remediation, sustainability and coastal and water resources management for industry and government.
CDM Smith and E3 have compatible cultures and values, with an emphasis on client service and technical excellence. Together, the firms can offer expanded services in water, environment, transportation, energy and facilities throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
