Churilla, who will be joining the Jacksonville, FL office, is an alternative project delivery professional with 25 years of experience in the industry. His areas of expertise include design-build, commercial risk and contracts. At CDM Smith, he will be responsible for leading our owner advisor practice and assisting our clients in developing and executing collaborative delivery projects with an initial focus on the water market.

Churilla is passionate about delivering meaningful infrastructure projects and making clients’ professional lives easier. His extensive and impressive experience with business development, client management, project administration, commercial risk analysis and alternative project delivery will make him an invaluable asset to CDM Smith clients.
