CDM Smith Hires Frank Terrasi as Chief Operating Officer of Construction Unit

DENVER, Colorado – CDM Smith is proud to announce that Frank Terrasi has joined as a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the firm’s construc­tion unit, CDM Construc­tors Inc. Terrasi will be responsible for the unit’s operating activities including revenue and sales growth, resource management, procurement, cost and margin control, and financial goal management. In addition to his 22 years of business management leadership and construc­tion expertise, Terrasi also brings a winning track record of operational excellence in alternative delivery projects and is an active member of several profes­sional construc­tion asso­ci­a­tions throughout the United States. 

Prior to joining CDM Smith, Terrasi managed the construc­tion of large-scale design and construc­tion projects. Most recently, Terrasi managed construc­tion operations in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Rocky Mountain regions for an Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 10 contractor in building construc­tion, civil infra­struc­ture and heavy industry markets.
