Five CDM Smith Employees Approved for Board Certification by AAEES

The American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists (AAEES) has recently approved five candidates from CDM Smith for Board Certification: Benjamin J. Finnegan, PE, BCEE; Melissa A. Harclerode, PhD, ENV SP, BCES; Srikanth Koduri, PE, BCEE; Lisa M. Sterling, PE, BCEE; and Shayne Wood, PE, BCEE. The AAEES certifies environmental engineers and scientists who have at least eight years of experience and have demonstrated a mastery of skills and knowledge beyond that which professional licensure requires. According to AAEES, “The BCEE, BCEEM, and BCES titles are internationally recognized as premium credentials that are awarded to experienced professionals who have demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of specialization.”

Each of these five board-certified engineers and scientists have met nationally recognized standards for education, knowledge, experience and skills. These recent Board Certifications serve as a mark of distinction and a testament to the high-quality services they each deliver in their respective areas of specialization.
