Why CDM Smith? I’ve always had exciting responsibilities in my 27 years at CDM Smith and it’s still the same today.
Which one of CDM Smith’s core values (excellence, initiative, shared commitment, integrity and teamwork) do you identify with most and why? Teamwork. We wouldn’t be able to bring a project to a successful conclusion or keep a good customer relationship without teamwork, as reflected in our philosophy to “listen. think. deliver.” I think that this is a prerequisite for good customer relations.
What’s something that people might be surprised to know about you? I tend to my own vegetable garden.
Which project do you particularly remember and why? The project I’ve been working on for nearly 26 years, remediation on the premises of the former Neuschloss chemical factory. This project has never been boring and continues to reveal different perspectives and allows space for innovation—a cornerstone of the success of CDM Smith in Germany.
Our secret of success: Customer focus, teamwork, innovation and technical expertise.
