Dr Sven Möller

Sven Möller studied Civil Engineering at the University of Stuttgart, where he also achieved a doctorate before receiving a grant from Deutsche Forschungs­ge­mein­schaft to research civil and envi­ron­men­tal engineering at the Mass­a­chu­setts Institute of Technology (MIT). As a specialist in numerical analysis, Dr Möller is a sought-after consultant worldwide for cases involving tunnel, bridge, and foundation damage. His major projects include evaluating the cause of damage in a bridge collapse in Abakan in Russia, numerical calcu­la­tions in the expansion of the final repository at Konrad colliery, and construc­tion supervision for the connection between Stuttgart Airport to the new Stuttgart-Ulm railway link.
