The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District has selected a CDM Smith-led team to design and construct a 1.5-megawatt solar array at Tooele Army Depot in Tooele, Utah. Once complete, the solar array will offset one-third of the depot’s energy usage and reduce energy consumption from the local utility.
